Sewage networks also need separation and overflow tanks in addition to rainwater tanks. These are usually cuboid in shape and therefore very complex. SBB has come up with a space-saving, hydraulic and economic alternative: The SBB partition tank.

The best solution is an all-round solution.

The special thing about SBB partition tanks: unlike standard tanks, the chambers are not next to each other but are arranged in circles inside each other. Although the basic floor area remains the same, there are much longer overflow sills. Benefit: The overflow height and flow speed are reduced.

The result: an optimum hydraulic situation and flow characteristics. In the case of a flush or a closing inlet, the stilling basin, i.e. the first chamber with the cantilever-shaped barrages, ensures the water is calmed by destroying the kinetic energy. The overflow or the first overflow sill is therefore even.

The dirt load is reduced every time the next sill is reached. Additional baffle walls also keep them from the recipient capacity.

Less dirt , better water quality.

Instead of the baffle walls, the SBB partition tank is equipped with innovative lamella. Dirt loads are therefore retained and the quality of the water is improved.
